Our residents asked for a larger gathering space, a larger bar area and more outdoor dining at our main restaurant, so we listened and just completed a multimillion-dollar remodel and expansion of our Boulevard's restaurant, including the addition of three outdoor fire pits with panoramic views. This was all accomplished with our existing funds and reserves, without the need for any borrowing or special assessments.

To make it easy for you to find and tour open houses at Sun City Palm Desert, we post a list of Open Houses on this page on Friday mornings and the Open House lists are available at our Welcome Center in the Sunset View Club House. The Welcome Center is staffed with knowledgeable volunteers who can answer your questions Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm.
