This was all accomplished with our existing funds and reserves, without the need for any borrowing or special assessments.

The Welcome Center is staffed with knowledgeable volunteers who can answer your questions Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm.

Sun City Palm Desert, a lush yet surprisingly affordable resort style gated community, offers an array of all single-level homes for purchase, lease or seasonal rental. There are over 50 floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,000sf up to 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,300sf. The gorgeous grounds were so well maintained it was a pleasure to come home every day. The HOA really cares about the residents! This community is in the Imperial Irrigation District for electric service, with rates MUCH LOWER than other parts of this valley. And that shows up on lower summer AC bills! I love all the clubs!
